Intended Results for 2023 Cohort Participants:

• We see people transition their work from transactional groups to building relational community.

• We learn participants grow a pattern of hosting more events for connections.

• Participants say they are creating more sophisticated and skilled connecting event. 

• We see content and influence shift toward relational community and away from transactional community patterns.

• Participants tell us that we help them discover a better way of approaching community building.  

• Participants say they are more confident discussing their community work without competing.

• Participants say they are building community for relationship enrichment instead of primarily growth.

• Participants feel celebrated for leading community building. 

• Participants value relational community building over transactional.

• Participants feel confident they are making an impact in their community work and growing more open to sharing that impact for others to learn.

The Program

We gather online every other week to grow trust and connection. We discuss a relevant distinction on community leadership. An experienced member presents on a specific topic from their perspective and experience. Deeper conversations follow.

The online sessions last 90 min. Current sessions meet Wednesdays 1:30pm PT / 4:30pm ET.

Further teaching sessions will be added.

Whole group gatherings start Wed. Oct. 5, 2022 and continue every other week.

Additional teaching & discussion events will be hosted as members are inspired to participate.

In-person member events will be scheduled throughout the year to grow relatedness and share rituals as pandemic surprises allow.

As growing membership allows, additional repeating gathering times will be created.
